Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 2 year of working experience as IT Support / IT Customer Support.
* Good communication skill, and fluent in English both oral and written.
* Quick learning capability and passionate to learn new things.
* Having knowledge of ITIL concept, Presentation skill and Customer Service Excellence.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar or Balikpapan.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
