Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Job Summary:

Plan, develop and evaluate compensation and benefit strategy for the whole company.·Responsible to ensure the strategy and implementation of compensation and benefit program inline with HR and company’s strategy ·Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.
Research employee benefit and health and safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
Job Requirements:

* S1 for any discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience as compensation and benefit specialist, preferably in Information Technology industry.
* Good communication skill
* Enjoy working with numbers, concern for detail and accuracy
* Good knowledge of manpower regulation, reward concept, compensation and benefits, and methodology through market competitiveness align with business strategy
* Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high
* degree of work accuracy in a timely manner
