Purchasing Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Able to manage and coordinate all the administrative works in procurement department accurately, timely and strictly adhered to company's policies and procedures in order to support the purchasing process effectively
2. Implement agreed purchasing plans, procedures, policies, and standards to support the operational activities effectively and efficiently
3. Follow up submitted Purchase Requisition effectively and timely in accordance to company policies and procedures
4. Coordinates with end users to get information regarding the quantity, quality and specifications to meet their requirements accurately and promptly
5. Negotiate price, terms and conditions with the vendors or tender participants on behalf of the company to obtain the best outcome for Company and to be complied with the specifications and standards
6. Recommending new or alternate sources of supply and ensure that Purchase Order is followed up, signed and monitored in accordance to standards.



Requirements:

* Female, 24-26 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Management, or Accountancy
* Required language(s): English, but mandarin would be preferable
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Full-Time positions available.
