Key Account Manager
The role of this position is to :
Identify channel universe, contribute to set channel priorities.
Negotiate on agreement and maintain long term relationship with outlets.
Develop relevant trade promotion (in store POS placement) and consumer activation to generate brand presence and sales increase.
Develop account profile and monitor account performance in line with previously defined target.
Providing report on market trend and competitor activities to internal MDC ( Modern Distribution Channels ) team and recommend action plan.
The qualifications are:
University graduates in any discipline
Proven track in managing National Account
Solid experience in Sales Management
Strong financial analysis
Excellent knowledge in trade dynamics and brand activities in trade level
Min 2 - 3 proven, successful & sustained track record within a Major FMCG company
Fluent in English both verbal & written
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Effective and successful negotiation skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be placed at Jakarta
