PRODUCT PORTFOLIO & INNOVATION MANAGER
The Product Portfolio & Innovation Manager is a key position within Strategic Planning Department, reporting to Strategic Planning Director. This position managed the company key source of growth, marketing resources and implementation direction from National perspective.

In this position, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

  • Manage company product portfolio and its strategy
  • Establish and lead the innovation process for business utilizing stages & gates process within system
  • Monitor product performance and provide action as needed
  • Leading SKU management process
  • Manage National Direct Marketing Expenses

To become a successful candidate for this position you are expected to have:

  • Holding minimum Bachelor degree in related major from reputable university
  • Having a minimal of ten (10) years experience in Marketing domain, out of which five (5) years minimum experience in managerial functions
  • Having great understanding about consumer as a total and in relation to the business
  • Have knowledge of traditional & modern channel management
  • Outstanding Persuasive, Influence communication, Interpersonal skill and large scale Project Management leadership skills
  • Have experience of managing a brand and launch new product into market
  • Highly developed knowledge of sales and marketing process, product management, business planning and profitability
  • Understand project management process
  • Innovative, strategic thinker and have good analytical skill
  • Good working with concept and numbers
  • Multi tasking with capability to coordinate & work with people from many functions

Management Accountant - Corporate
As Management Accountant-Corporate, the right candidate will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

  • Providing Operation Management Reporting on monthly basis cooperation with related Department (TOL, S&M, HR and Finance) to be distributed among CCBI Senior Management and CCA Senior Management
  • Preparing debtors and aging report which provide detail Account Receivable collections by Modern and Traditional channel which will be used on FYR forecast
  • Providing comprehensive financial performance analysis that relates to some specific areas such product costing, pricing strategy analysis, net contribution analysis
  • Providing in-depth analysis of financial statement that includes Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements and identifying any key financial issues to be underlined
  • Providing Financial Statement for AIST stakeholder meeting
  • Preparing and submitting stock Movement & Inventory to Sydney on quarterly basis
  • Responsible for providing financial information requested by other functions
  • Supporting the Annual Business Plan and Full Year Review processes especially in product costing system
  • Handling customers, like CCA Headquarter Reporting & Analysis team, CCBI Head Office Management, Business Planning team, Commercial team, and Financial Accounting team

In charge for such essential roles, ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Holding bachelor in Finance/Accounting (holding master degree will be an advantage)
  • Having experience about 4-5 years in Finance/Accounting area
  • Highly skilled in spreadsheet and financial reporting
  • Familiar with database management environment
  • Having experience in management accounting or cost accounting exposure especially in MNC is an advantage
  • Strong independent analytical thinking and problem solving initiatives
  • Good Communication skill for Bahasa and English (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, open to critiques, honest and co-operative
  • Comfortable to work with details and numbers/figures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business, preferably those deemed similar with CCBI business
  • Good in work management and coordination skills

TRAINING MANAGER SUPPORT SERVICES
As Training Manager Support Services, you will be responsible to ensure the effectiveness of the overall training management process of supporting functions, from training need analysis until the design, conducting and evaluating program. The incumbent is also responsible to assist National Learning & Development Manager in the development of behavior competency training for all CCBI functions.

You will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

  • Managing training need analysis for supporting functions in cooperation with National Learning and Development Manager
  • Developing technical training program from designing program, developing training plan, modules, and curriculum which align with the required competencies
  • Developing behavioral training program, and along with the respective training manager in national office (sales marketing and technical) coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of behavioral competency training
  • Developing and managing the feedback system to ensure all available information are presence for program improvement
  • Ensuring the quality of training programs content, throughout managing subject matters expertise program
  • Investigating, selecting, organizing, and recommending various training programs and procedures, using internal CCDI or external training provider
  • Assisting the Organizational Development in preparing technical competent for support services organization succession both from internal and external and confirming the individual development plan to achieve effective and maximum benefit
  • Taking responsibility in provide and manage a safety work environment without risk health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control were undertaken

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Holding Bachelor degree from Psychology or HR related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing training for supporting functions
  • Have been involved in System Improvement and People Development
  • Highly exposure in behavior competencies training
  • Having exposure in training management of supporting functions (finance, human resources, IT, business services, corporate communication, PR, etc)
  • Adaptable, Continuous learning, Energetic, Influenced, and Innovative person
  • Fluently in English (Both oral and written)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
