NOC SURVEILLANCE ENGINEER


Job Description:

* Responsible to manage day to day surveillance activity in network operation centre.
* Required to work in shift operation.
* Support configuration management and implement configuration data changes for network resource.
* Trainings in configuration management and database changes will be provided to incumbent
* Responsible for trouble ticket escalation and work order assignment.
* EMS/NMS administration and acknowledgement of network alarms.
* Ensure alarms threshold and escalate to relevant parties to act on corrective of alarms detected.
* Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team.
* Classify type of faults based on severity of the problem.
* Support in generating network performance reports related to core and radio access network
* Responsible on surveillance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, IN, CRBT, Transmission, RF and other VAS nodes.
* Areas of responsibility in network media will be assigned according to job responsibility (I.e. Tansmission, Radio and Core respectively). Training in respective job scope will be provided.
* Support Network performance analysis and fault reporting.



Requirements:

* Above one (1) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably experience in operation of network operation/monitoring/surveillance centre.
* Candidate with other relevant experience is encouraged to apply.
* Basic knowledge in Access, Core and Transport Networks.



SOLUTION SALES

Job description:

* Developing and maintaining an extensive customer contacts and relationship,Reviewing and evaluating the RFQ/RFP/RFI from the customer and/or any business opportunities,
* Producing proposals and/or responses to customers requests, incl. pricing and proposal, by using the available software/tools, documentation and other sources of information,
* Provide technical consulting and support the customer and the Huawei Technologies Technical Team during pre-sales activities,
* Manage and direct a team of engineers in the preparation of complex proposals and solutions for specific domestic and international customers.



Requirements:


* Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering, with strong technical knowledge in cellular system (esp. GSM/UMTS or CDMA/WiMAX), or wireline system (esp. microwave transmission),
* At least 1 year experience for Solution Sales Engineer, 3 years experience for Solution Sales Manager, 5 years experience for Senior Solution Sales Manager in related fields, with pre-sales experience will be an added advantage,
* Fresh gradute is welcome to apply.
* Proficiency in English language is a must,
* Especially for CDMA/WiMAX solution, proficiency in Mandarin is also a must,
* Able to work in multicultural as well as in pace changing environment,Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivation and good coordination toward others.
