Assistant Manager, Production (Footwear Sourcing) Req Number: AP - 1436
This position will report to Manager, Production.
Responsible for all production operations in assigned factory


Requirement:

* Degree from educational entity focusing on shoemaking or engineering.
* At least 3 years experience in Footwear production.
* Experience in Footwear Development
* Hands on in shoe technical background
* IT knowledge (basic office applications, competent in the using of Word. Excel).
* Effective communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
* Excellent oral and written English,
* Prefer Indonesia Citizenship Holder


Category Leader (Footwear Sourcing) Req Number: AP - 1466
This position will report to Operations Manager

Requirement:

* Four year college or university degree.
* At least 5 years of related work experience in the athletic footwear industry in a technical capacity with managerial experience.
* Proven record of accomplishment in the footwear industry Ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing, including pattern engineering, mold making, grading, materials processing, etc.
* Good understanding of costing principles.
* Ability to create, plan and deliver presentations.
* MS Office skills
* Excellent oral and written English
* Prefer Indonesia Citizenship Holder
